Slab Tongs

Slab Tongs are divided into two types: the temperature of the entrained material at room temperature does not exceed 500℃, and the high temperature type does not exceed 1250℃.
Slab tongs lifting devices both indoor and outdoor can be used.
The structure consists of the main components such as chain, lifting beam, spreader splint, automatic clamping device (electric, mechanical), jaw and so on.
The sliding automatic clamping device has a simple structure and high reliability.
Clamping and placing slabs is flexible and reliable.
Fully mechanical automatic clamping and discharging of steel billet, without electrical energy, is an environmentally friendly and energy-saving product.
The spreader splint is made of alloy steel, and the coupling shaft is made of 45# tempered steel, which has high strength; the jaws are made of special materials and have good high temperature performance.
Each main joint point (when lifting capacity ≥15 x 104 N) adopts the new technology of self-lubricating bearings.Extend service life and be maintenance-free.
