Description of Pallet Transfer Carts
- Designed for a load capacity of 1.0T.
- The upper part of the pallet transfer trolley is designed with a chain conveyor for pallet transfer, featuring two rows of chains and a parking precision of ±5mm.
- Utilizes a reader combined with barcode/QR code positioning. Powered by a low-voltage rail power supply, with ground-laid tracks and single-flanged cast steel rail wheels.
- Cart dimensions and height are designed according to specific requirements. Includes anti-tip devices and anti-collision systems.
- Operating noise level is below 75db.
- The cart’s appearance is aesthetically pleasing, with a designed adjustment panel, operational indicator lights, and sound prompts. An emergency stop button must be included.
- The equipment is designed to be simple and elegant, easy to clean, and free from dust accumulation. It includes necessary maintenance spaces and is easy to maintain.
