Dated back on Oct. 2023, our customer sent us the inquiry asking for the quotation of a 20-ton single girder gantry crane. We checked with our customer for the details and prepared the offers accordingly. The customer checked the double girder gantry crane offer and the single girder gantry crane offer, after a comparison, he decided to go ahead with the single girder gantry crane solution.
We received the payment for the order in Nov. 2023. Before the production, we sent the confirmation drawings once again to our customer, this is very necessary cause in our previous projects, we met the situation that the dimensions changed between the customer's inquiry and the actual dimensions. The same situation happened this time, after accurate measurement, the span of the 20-ton gantry crane changed from 18m to 16.5m. During this period, the customer's colleagues came to our factory to visit, and they were very happy with what they saw.
