We established a connection on 7th, Oct. 2023. He(the client) gave clear requirements in the first email. After further communication, knowing that the single girder overhead cranes are for lifting boats, and in the workshop there are no columns, steel structure, runway beam, etc.
Then we gave the full design including columns, runway beam… Considering the two single girder overhead cranes with four hoists will combine use, we make a two-in-one electric control box on each crane, then each crane with a remote control to make sure control the two hoists on one crane together or separately, and equip another remote control which includes one transmitter and two receipts, which can control the two single girder overhead crane( 4 hoists) together. He was very satisfied with our solution and ordered very soon. The whole communication process was very smooth. After finished the production, we shared pictures of each part with him, here also shared all of you for reference.
