Relatively speaking, this is a quick order, the client sent us an inquiry through Facebook. Initial communication was that the customer needed a 12-tonne double girder Eot travelling crane, and we gave our solution accordingly, after that, we sent our clients list in South American countries, It’s a coincidence that one of our clients is very near to his factory, and he went to see our cranes in that factory.
After he visited, he sent us some pictures of our cranes, which we sent in 2014. At that time, he was very satisfied with the quality of our crane and already decided to cooperate with us. After we started fabricating the double girder overhead crane, the client added a single girder bridge crane order.
