On February 04th, 2022, we received the inquiry for the 7ton double girder overhead crane inquiry from customer in Argentina. This solution is designed based on European type overhead crane with lifting chain hoist, because the customer workshop only have 5.5m clearance height, and equipment height is 4.5m, which means the crane bottom height must over 4.5m, so the fixed low headroom electric chain hoist is the best solution. Due to the layout of the ground equipment, they can't use gantry crane, we designed complet set for support columns, runway beam, connection beam etc to support the overhead crane. And we also prepared one set 3D drawing to make sure our crane can fit to customer workshop. Customer is very satisifed with our solution.
We received customers contract at Apr 26th. Now the production of the 7ton NLH European type double girder overhead crane is finished, following are some pictures of the main girders and end carriages.
