This is the third order from a Jordan customer; this transfer cart will be used to transfer the work rolls and backup rolls assembly from the production hall to the roll grinder building. We suggest the customer use the trackless transfer cart, and we equipped one set of backup batteries to ensure the daily working within 8 hours.
After finished production, the client asked SGS to do the inspection, the range includes:
- Quantity check
- Visual quality check
- Dimension check
- Anti-collision
- Detection range of the anti-collision system
- Speed test
- Emergency stop
- Running test
- All these tests have been successfully passed.
