The first inquiry was on Mar 31st, 2022, the customer is a professional at crane, and this is the first communicated project, during communication, the customer has made several adjustments to the overhead crane design, like to reduce the hook limit, shortening the crane height etc, the final crane size are completely customized according to the customer’s factory. We believed that some size requirements were completely impossible to achieve, so we have tried all possible solutions to meet the customer’s needs. After nearly 1-year communication, customer choosed us, they praised us as professional.

Before placing order, customer come to our factory to discuss the projects, they are highly recognized for the factory environment and strength, so they transfer the advance payment immdiately after come back to South Africa.

During production, they have arranged SGS inspection on the weld seam, dimension, motor run test, and film thickness, all of these have passed the test.
