This summer, my valuable customer contacted me to inquire about the prices for the low headroom overhead cranes for his customer.
Based on the clear dimensions and detailed requests for the cranes, we prepared the designs and quotation very soon. Then my customer took our offer to his customer and started the negotiation.
This September, we got good news from my customer. He placed the order to us, for 4 sets of LDC10t single girder overhead cranes and their accessories, which include the runway beams, the crane traveling rails, and the crane long traveling power supply system.
Regarding the runway beams, one point needs special attention from all dear customers. If there are existing bearing legs inside the workshop, please send us detailed pictures and information about them, cause that affects the connection between the bearing legs and runway beams. The way we suggested is customers embed steel plates into the bearing legs, then the runway beams can be connected to the bearing legs by welding.
Back to this project, since the customer is in urgent demand of the cranes, we tried our best and finished the production within 15 days.

All the cranes and accessories are delivered to customers by truck transportation. Now the majority of the items are in Horgor City, and they will be trans-shipped to the customer site very soon.
