To meet their urgency, the customer requested air shipment instead of the usual sea freight. Once we received the deposit, we immediately arranged for production. The manufacturing cycle for the DRS250 wheel block is approximately ten working days, during which we maintained close communication with both the customer and our internal production team to ensure everything proceeded smoothly.

Upon completion of production, we took full responsibility for coordinating with a trusted airfreight company, handling all logistics to guarantee a smooth and timely delivery. The goods were successfully shipped and arrived in Chile without delay. The customer later expressed their satisfaction with both the product quality and the efficiency of the entire process, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.
