When I received the inquiry, it was about end carriage. After discussing with our clients, we got that the end beam will be connected to a moving object, whose function is similar to the transfer cart. So we sent a transfer cart picture for client reference. After checking, our client felt it fully meets their requirements.
To further ensure the solution’s suitability, we provided additional technical details and explained the compatibility of the end carriage with their existing system. Our team then carefully designed a custom drawing based on these discussions for the client's final review. After checking all the details and ensuring the specifications were met, our client gave their approval.
Finally, the order was placed, and we proceeded with production. This process highlighted our ability to adapt to specific customer needs and efficiently provide solutions that align with their operational goals.
