The first inquiry was received on Aug 06th, the client is requesting 2 sets of 5ton single girder overhead cranes, based on the client's requirement, we suggest the European type single girder overhead crane for them, this design is widely used and become the main product.
Compared with LD-type electric single-beam cranes, the HD-type European electric single-beam crane has the advantages:
- The crane adopts the European FEM standard for development design, with an advanced concept, novel appearance, and compact structure.
- Simple operation, high-efficiency operation, low noise, energy saving, and environmental protection.
- The crane adopts frequency conversion speed control, wide speed regulation range, and small impact, which can realize the operation of various institutions.
Flexible control and precise positioning, low energy consumption, and environmental protection. - The crane safety monitoring system is equipped with an intelligent safety operation monitoring recorder similar to the aircraft “black box”.
The crane’s working status information can be continuously recorded to prevent the crane from operating illegally. - The working blind area is small and the working range is large, which can make effective use of limited working space.
- The whole structure is compact and light, with low clearance, small wheel pressure, and light weight, reducing restrictions on crane construction to the plant structure. In a limited space, it can reduce plant height, and save cost for plant construction.
- The cranes adopt modular design, and each component has a high degree of generalization, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement.
- The crane travel mechanism is driven by the European technology three-in-one speed reducer, using a hardened gear reducer, the braking system has an automatic wear compensation function, compact structure, low noise, high transmission efficiency, and long service life.
