2 Sets MG60/2Ton Double Girder Gantry Cranes For Sale to Qatar
In the middle of the year 2021, we are honored to sign the contract with one esteemed company in Qatar for the manufacture and supply of 2 sets MG60/2Ton double girder gantry cranes.
The specifications of the 2sets MG60/2ton double girder gantry crane as below:
Lifting capacity: 60/2ton
Span: 30m
Useful cantilever length on one side: 5m
Lifting height: 75m(above ground + underground part, totally 75m)
Since customer has high requests for the crane quality, these 2 sets gantry cranes are with best configurations:
The lifting motors: ABB brand(International famous brand)
The lifting reducer: SEW brand(International famous brand)
The lifting brake: HUAWU brand(China top one brand)
The trolley traversing gear motor: SEW brand(International famous brand)
The crane long traveling gear motor: SEW brand(International famous brand)
The electrical components: Schneider brand(International famous brand)
The VFD for all mechanisms: Yaskawa brand(International famous brand)
Also the material of the steel plates are all Q355 quality steel.
The manufacturing of the 2 sets gantry crane took around 4months. And before delivering, all the steel components are packed by the Color striped cloth, and the spare parts, accessories and cabins are packed by the plywood crate.
Since the 2sets cranes are quite big, the loading lasts for around one week, totally 8 big trucks and one small truck.
The crane will be delivered to Doha port by LCL shipment. After crane arrives, DGCRANE will send our engineers there to help customer doing the crane installation and commissioning.
