Overload Limiter

The crane overload limiter is a safety device used on cranes to prevent the crane from carrying more weight than its designed load capacity during operation. This device ensures the safety of lifting operations and prevents damage or accidents to the crane due to overloading.

Overload limiter is generally composed of three parts: control instrument, junction box and load sensor, which are mainly divided into three types according to the type of sensor: bearing seat overload limiters, pressure-side overload limiters and shaft pin overload limiters.
