Components
European type electric chain hoist has compact structure and reliable performance. Modular design enables our products to be flexibly composed of different lifting tonnages, lifting speeds and work grade systems. The excellent performance meets the requirements of fast transfer of goods and precision assembly, and can also be widely used in places with complex usage requirements to meet the individual needs of customers.
The voltage of the European type pillar mounted jib crane is determined by the customer’s local industrial voltage, and the electrical system is manufactured according to the voltage. The main components of our European type jib crane is Schneider brand, and the electric control system including multiple safety devices.
The jib arm is welded by a combination of I-beam and support, and its function is to realize the horizontal movement of the electric or manual trolley and the up and down movement of the electric hoist, and it rotates around the column.
The supporting arm supports the rotating arm and increases the bending resistance and strength of the rotating arm. The rotation mechanism is driven by the reducer to realize the electric rotation of the jib crane.
The fixed pillar supports and fixes the rotating arm of the cantilever crane, and its upper and lower supports are composed of single-row tapered roller bearings that bear radial and axial forces.

- The lifting mechanism mainly adopts European type electric chain hoist, when the lifting capacity is big the lifting mechanism adopts European type wire rope hoist, the working speed are smart and stable, the working performance is excellent.

European type wall mounted jib crane
- This type jib crane is fixed on the wall, and the jib arm can rotate.
- When the workshops or warehouses are with large spans and large building heights, and hoisting operations are frequent near the wall, this solution is suitable.

- The European type wall jib crane can travel along the wall or the elevated track on supporting structures. The jib arm can not rotate.
